The form linked below replaces the hand-written and emailed early dismissal requests. 

EARLY DISMISSAL FORM

Please let your student know that you filled out the form and they should come grab a pass in the front office.

NOTE: Early dismissal requests must be submitted using this form by 10:00 am on the day of dismissal.  Forms can be completed prior to the day of dismissal.
